Shoppers Drug Mart 2009 Tree of Life Campaign
The Shoppers Drug Mart Tree of Life fundraising campaign is a three-week program held across Canada each autumn. The local community program was held September 26-October 16, 2009. Eleven (11) Shoppers Drug Mart stores teamed up to raise money to support women’s health care and the Karen, Heather and Lynn Steinberg Breast Services. The 11 stores raised $8,543. A cheque presentation, photo-op and tour of Volunteer Services Centre for Medical Imaging and BMO Breast Diagnostic Centre was held on January 25, 2010. The top three Shoppers Drug Mart store owners were in attendance.
